Very good place, quiet, close to the beach(you can walk, drive, 100m, walk and play in the dunes), supermarket, pharmacy, confectionery, bakery. It has a paved street at 50m. We have wifi with good quality routers. If you have space on the patio you can park or on the street in front monitored by cameras. We really like the neighborhood because of its proximity to the beach.
