(if you love olive oil and chickpeas) You'll discover the authentic Pan Bagnat (literally the best of the city), some amazing socca (a savory chickpea crêpe), the famous pissaladière (old-fashioned onion and anchovy tart), "melt in your mouth", artisanal macarons with typical and natural flavors (lemon from Menton, roses from Grasse) and more. French picnic in the lavender fields with a photo session

Wine and dine in the beautiful Valensole lavender fields of Provence with locals! This picnic experience includes an assortment of fresh snacks and refreshments locally sourced from Provence! We will also provide a photo session after your picnic to capture you in this beautiful setting so you can look back on these memories forever. On top of sharing the local Provençal cuisine with you, one of our greatest joys is sharing our love of photography with our guests. Feel free to request another date or time if the ones listed don't work with your schedule. Sunset and mornings are our favourite! This experience is only available from early June to mid-July while the lavender is in full bloom. Slow Food- Cook like a Provençal chef

Join me for a traditional Provençal cooking class at my XVII century family farmhouse. We will meet at my house at 10am. I will introduce you to this family place and talk about the history of this Mas (old farm in Provençal language) and the history of the region. Together, we will then prepare a four course meal (starter - main course - cheese - desert ) using seasonal and local ingredients. Some of them will come directly from our garden. During the class you will taste our Olive oil, homemade jams and of course local wines paired with the menu. Lunch will be prepared in my personal kitchen and will be served on a terrasse shaded by oak trees overlooking our Olive trees. We only use local and seasonal produce so the recipes will change with the seasons. Alongside Provençal recipes we also teach fusion inspired cooking, creating dishes that are inspired by local produce and spices from around the world. We will finish the class and lunch around 3pm. The farmhouse is located 45 mins from Aix en Provence and 50mins from Avignon, 45 mins from Saint Rémy de Provence, 10 minutes from the beautiful village of Lourmarin. Other things to note Please let me know in advance if you have any kind of allergies of dietery requirements. Keep in mind that this is an old building with many stairs.

We will visit a wine cellar, where I will explain in detail each stage of wine production. I will show where fermentation begins, how the grapes are pressed, and where the wine is aged. After all the detailed explanations, it will be easier for you to understand what you are drinking and why you feel these flavours. 3. Taste great wine in the XIX-century chapel. We will taste magnificent wines from one of the most exceptional and smallest appellations in France. Small vineyard, organic wine production, indigenous grape varieties, elegant wines of all colours: white, rose and red.

For this workshop, I open the doors of my kitchen and my world to you.... Welcome to my home! Here, the key words are: deliciousness, sharing and generosity! When you arrive, we'll get to know each other over a cup of tea and a delicacy I've prepared especially for you. Then it's off to the cooking workshop, for which I'll provide you with all the necessary equipment, including a chef's apron. Together, we'll prepare a typically French dish and dessert, using seasonal produce from our beautiful Provence. During this workshop, we'll discover different cooking techniques, and I'll give you tips and well-kept secrets from our grandmothers. Our experience will end around the dining table, where we'll taste together the dishes we've made during the workshop. See you soon
