Quiet accommodation in the center, arranged on two floors (first floor and attic) located in a two-family villa (with another accommodation on the ground floor, always rented on airbnb), close to everything: market, parking, supermarkets, pharmacies. Despite being in the center, it remains in a relaxing corner and sheltered from the noise of the city. The apartment also offers a terrace and a garden area sheltered and dedicated, furnished and equipped with sink and barbecue, where you can have lunch outdoors.

About this space: Close to road, (unlike most houses in the village) thus close to parking & minimal walking to the home. Walking distance from the buzzing-with-life piazza. Walking distance from 6 top-notch restaurants/bars. Walking distance from the castle, churches, etc Tiny convenience store & local speciality stands in the village. Charming medieval church. We are only a 15 minute drive to beautiful beaches! Clean stream below with a small roman bridge. Great panoramic hiking trail.
