Unser Häuschen liegt ruhig und zentrumsnah zwischen dem Stadtplatz und der A94. München, Passau, Salzburg und Chiemsee sind sehr gut mit dem PKW erreichbar. Ein nahes Ausflugsziel ist die Burghauser Burg, aber auch Tagesausflüge in die Berge kann man von hier aus gut einplanen. Badeseen, Freibäder, Supermärkte & Tankstelle sind schnell erreichbar. At home by the lake

In a tranquil location of Gstadt am Chiemsee, the charming vacation home "Zuhaus am See" is located just a few meters from Lake Chiemsee and the extensive network of bike paths. The comfortably furnished vacation home in country house style with beautiful mountain views has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet and thus accommodates 4 people. Please, note that the bedrooms are on the first floor and there are stairs to get there.

This newly built home is perfect for up to 4 guests. Located along the scenic "Achenweg" riverside in Kirchberg and features a private garden. The home is close to all local ski lifts, a practice slope, cross-country trails, and a toboggan run. The center of Kirchberg, with its restaurants, bars, and shops, is just 1.8 km (5 mins by car) away. It's also an ideal starting point for valley hikes and has direct access to the bike path, making it great for both summer and winter activities.

Conveniently located stylish oasis

From here you can reach Munich's city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as the Oktoberfest easily by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 min. The Allianz Arena is just as easy to get to by public transport. For further excursions we recommend the largest spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park as well as exploring many swimming lakes. The house is close to Reiteralm Silver Jet ski lift (4 min by car). It is absolutely lovable because of the views and the location. Beside the two double rooms there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining corner. The big balcony is facing to Reiteralm. The place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). Pets are welcome (but we need to charge an extra €50 because of the extra cleaning).
