New Cottage in absolute 1st row and own beach at musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there is an entrance, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom as well as a large kitchen/living room with alcove. From the living room there is access to a nice big loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove Annex contains room with double bed. The house and annex are connected by a wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Directly to Kattegat and with a large natural plot, you will find this year-round and isolated log house. Filled with all modern comforts and decorated with 3 rooms in the main house as well as new (2023) annex. There are also 2 toilets. The house oozes thick of summer house atmosphere and invites you to many hours of fire in the wood-burning stove, pancakes in the stomach and many scenic kilometers in the legs. For example, follow the path along the grounds, right up to the outermost of northwest Zealand. Or how about a quick deep in the ocean?

The house is located on Røsnæs, where there is ample opportunity for hiking routes in the protected nature areas. The house is located right next to beautiful beach, harbor and large shopping center as well as Train or own car to the center of Copenhagen is 24 min. Møns klints Geo center 50 min. Roskilde Cathedral 25 min. Hamlets Castle 55 min. Cultural sites and entertainment are within a short distance. FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

Oceanfront & peaceful summerhouse

Waterfront cosy summerhouse. Quiet surroundings with lots of privacy. The kitchen is only a few years old, and the bathroom is small but sufficient. We have outdoor shower, dining and a wilderness bathtub for firewood. The chance of seeing deer is super high. It is a house where you find peace and tranquility, and a place where all people, old as young, feel at home. This is our second home, and our piece of heaven.
