Located in the beautiful Laugardalur area, our nice baseline apartment is perfect if you plan to stay in Reykjavik to experience our trendy city and if you want to explore Iceland on day tours. Being only 50m from the next bus station it takes you 15 minutes to get to the city centre. The neighbourhood is quiet but yet walking distance from athletics and recreation in Reykjavík, including swimming pool. It's also offers supermarkets and good restaurants in walking distance. Open plan, high ceilings, spacious living room/kitchen, cozy industrial architectural style with a lot of character. Perfect for couples, individuals and small groups. 1 big king size bed, option for sofa bed and air matress available on request for more sleeping space. Our home was built 2015, and is in the eastern part of Reykjavík. The house is open and bright on one floor, 170 m2 with a big backyard. Good free (24/7) parking space in front of the house, and bus stop at the house, only 15 min to the city center. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 king beds, 2 single beds and 1 crib. Free wireless internet access. It is elegantly furnished and holds fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are provided. The northern lights can be seen from our hot tub.

The apartment is in one the best neighbourhood in Reykjavík that gives you the experience of local living but is yet close enough for the downtown area for shopping, restaurants and touristing. Free parking on the street. The apartment is perfectly situated close to almost everything a family will need. Renovated elegant apartment in the heart of Reykjavík in built in 1902. Wooden floors and original windows are defining for this wonderful apartment. 1 bedroom with a double bed and a possibility of creating extra sleeping space in living room for up to 3 more people, (air mattress and couch).
