Large private double bedroom, with king size bed, ensuite with shower cubicle. The property is adjacent to the Wye Valley walk and approx 2 miles from Builth Wells. The bedroom is in a converted barn with its own access. Ideally located for walkers and easy access to the Royal Show Ground. Please note that the access to the house is via a fairly steep and narrow lane (last section is a track with loose gravel), not suitable for HGVs. We now provide super fast internet!! Just 5 mins from Aberporth and Tresaith beaches, this gorgeous self-contained room features a modern en-suite, private entrance, TV, and small dressing room. Although no kitchen, a breakfast buffet is provided with toaster, fridge & kettle. There is ample free parking and a private patio outside the room with table and chairs - perfect for watching the sunset. Very peaceful, yet 15 mins from the towns of Cardigan and Newcastle Emlyn. Please note this is not suitable for infants or pets.
