SUN BAY HOUSE

The studio is on a terrace, an integral part of the villa which is my home, located in Villefranche sur mer, one of the most beautiful bays in the world. You will appreciate its calm and its picturesque village by the Mediterranean. In 15 minutes, by bus or train, you can find yourself in Nice, the 5th largest city in France, with its old town and its pedestrian streets. Beaulieu sur mer and St Jean Cap Ferrat are 10 minutes by bus or 20 minutes on foot.

Our home near Nice has two apartments, one of which is entirely for family, friends, and Airbnb rentals. We have adapted the reception methods: enhanced cleaning of the premises between each rental, limitation of contacts, etc. The outbuildings (swimming pool, terrace, etc.) are reserved for occupants only (hosts and Airbnb guests). The accommodation has a separate entrance and is almost fully equipped (dishes, washing machine, sheets etc.).
