Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

The chalet with its own sauna is ideal for 2 people with 60 m². Children aged 14 and over are allowed to check in as Blockhausen is an "Adults Only Resort". A top furnished kitchen incl.
