nice apartment in the villa district, close to the center

The apartment is about 40 square meters and is close to nightlife, public transport, parks and the city center. There is plenty of outdoor space, nice people, a comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, tranquility and a beautiful environment. My accommodation is good for couples and children, 2-4 people. It is too small for more than 2 adults!!! Baby cot may be available, please ask. TV, coffee maker, Nesspresso machine, kettle, hair dryer, ironing board and iron. Wifi can be used!

The apartment is located in our historically high-value renovated house, right in Erfurt's old town. The living room is one of the last two preserved floor cubicles in Erfurt (therefore a little dark). Most attractions, restaurants, and shopping are just a few meters away.
