In the heart of the forest of Trois Pignons, the house is located in a privileged setting with immediate access to climbing sites, 7 minutes from Milly la Forêt and 20 minutes from Fontainebleau. On a large forest plot of more than 2000m2, it consists of a large pyramidal living room of 50 m² with fully equipped kitchen, two large bedrooms with double beds 140 and 160, a sofa bed 120, bathroom with large shower, double basin, independent toilet. Capacity 4/5 beds or 6 depending on children.

On the ground floor on one level, furnished classified 2 stars, close to all shops, opposite the covered market, minutes from the train station, and historical monuments (Saint Ayoul Church, Le Prieuré, Tour Notre Dame du Val). Easy and free parking behind St Ayoul church (to cinema and cultural center). Access to the historic city, in 10 minutes on foot through the shopping streets and the pedestrian street. May not be suitable for people with disabilities (a short walk).

5 nights minimum during school holidays. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare forest famous for its bolders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride with less than 5 min metro to the heart of Paris.
