Accommodation : The apartment consists of a sitting area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two double bedrooms, one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. A bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine, and separate toilet. Towels and sheets are provided. Wood pellet stove heating. Balconies with mountain views. The neighborhood : quiet residential area, passage only residents of the neighborhood. Ideal location, bakery, restaurants, market, historic center,cinema, all nearby without taking a car. Transportation : the apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the bus station, 3 km to the railway station of Mount Dolphin Guillestre. 20 minutes from the Vars and Risoul ski resorts or in winter free shuttles are available the area offers a great selection of summer and winter leisure activities. Cozy, clean and healthy apartment of 38m2 located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. You will therefore have nearby ( between 100 and 500 meters ) , the post office , the bakeries, the supermarket , the bars/ tobaccos etc... Guillestre is an ideal crossroads for mountain excursions and skiing, with the resorts of Vars and Risoul at 20 minutes ( shuttles possible ) + the Queyras/Ecrins at 30 minutes. Apartment located on the 1st floor. 5 nights minimum, sometimes 1 or 2 nights to fill.
