Ideally located 3 km from Golf du Château les Merles and 25 km from Golf des Vigiers. You will also be 15 minutes from Bergerac, Issigeac . 30 minutes from Monpazier ,Eymet. 1 hr from Sarlat. In the garden walks my cat as well as those of the neighbor .
