The house is situated in a quiet rural area with views of rolling hills and the Foret du Bercé, a vast Oak forest—with some of the tallest Oak trees in France—as well as numerous mountain bike trails, walks and points of interest.

Welcome to Les Nuits de la Forête. Enjoy the tranquility and change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with high standard comforts bordered by a pond, at the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross part of the gardens by a path. Because in the Jardins de la Forête, I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs.

Upstairs, a large bedroom of 25 m2, bed 160 x 200 and 1 single bed + a baby bed.

The historic center (Plantagenêt city and cathedral) and the pedestrian shopping streets are within walking distance such as the best restaurants, theatres and cinemas. Tram 1 stops and many buses are close by. During the 24 hours of Le Mans, you can come and rest easily quietly, and possibly enjoy the concerts on Île aux Planches located around the corner.
