Family-friendly modern villa built in 2021. Thoughtful planning and design that is at the same time well-adapted for the family with children. Heated pool, large trampoline, double parking spaces and electric car charger are some of the house facilities. Four bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms and laundry room. 600m to the lake bath as well as proximity to both Rösjöskogen and Törnskogen Nature Reserve. 3.5 km to commuter train station (bus connection is available) as well as Häggviks Handelsplats. Quiet dead end street with families with children as neighbors.

Red house - villa with pool

Welcome to Red House! A charming false red 20's villa with a raised garden and pool in a pleasant residential area, 15 minutes by car from Stockholm city. Parking for 2-3 cars, one in the carport. Ten-minute walk to Helenelund's commuter train station, the shuttle takes 13 minutes to the city and 25 minutes to Arlanda. Large terrace by the pool with gas grill, dining area, sun loungers and lounge group with room for many. Large kitchen and dining room with dining for 8 people, living room with TV and fireplace.

High standard family house

The house offers high standard and a lovely backyard. Near the house there is a beach, public transport (25min to the city), shops and recreational areas. This house is suitable for the whole family or more families who want to have a lovely holiday together and enjoy the garden, heated pool in the summer months, Edsviken's water only 5 minutes away and the proximity to Stockholm city by bus + subway or commuter train. Great area for walking/running. Nice restaurants at 10min walking distance.

Villa Rosenhill guesthouse - 15 min to city

15 min train ride from Stockholm with garden / terrace. The house is located very close to the train station. free parking. 2-3 small bedrooms, (4 beds= 1 bed 140 cm new! ( 1 bunk bed) 1 bedsofa 120cm We recommend 4 adults, or for a family of 6. The house is a guest house to the main building. We have 2 guest houses in the garden. Located in calm and charming Edsviken (Sollentuna) but with Stockholm city centre only fifteen minutes away. A short walk will take you to the water of Edsviken with beaches and beautiful strolls along the water. The area offers various green areas, playgrounds, football fields and Forrest reserve Tegelhagen. Around the corner (300 m) you find Edsviken’s Piazza and Gelateria offering home made ice cream as well as food and drinks. Further down the street (500 m) you also find bakery Gateau.

Wonderful house, heated pool and spacious kitchen

Wonderful house with heated pool in quiet area, 10 minutes away from central Stockholm. Spacious, modern kitchen with all ammenities. Beautiful garden with sun throughout the day, BBQ, trampoline, sports equipment, toys and more. Trainline to Stockholm Central just 5 minutes walk, train takes 10 minutes to town. 20 minutes from Arlanda Airport, easily accessible by train or taxi. Close to shops and restaurants as well as playgrounds, parks, forests, lakes and walking and running tracks.

Villa with pool

A villa of 130 square meters plus basement. Garden with deck, barbecue, pool, trampoline, swings, climbing frame and slides. The pool is open end of June through August. 10 minutes walk to the beach, close to bus stop (3 minutes), commuter train (15 minutes). By bus you get to the city center in 8 minutes, where there are many shops and restaurants. A cozy get and a restaurant is within 5 min walk. If you want to get into central Stockholm, you do it with commuter trains (12 minutes).

Amazing 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom family friendly villa with pool (warm between jun-sep), sauna, a big lawn and terrace. Access to private docks (less than 100m) and access to the Swedish archipelago. ~200m to a sweet little beach. Perfect for relaxed days around the pool, barbecues and enjoying life with family or friends. Basketball court, stand up paddle board and plenty of pool accessories. 15 minutes by car to Stockholm city. Longer period renters will be prioritized. Enjoy :-)

Perfect summer vacation spot near the city of Stockholm. Fantastic family house in a calm area 15 minutes with car outside Stockholm, Sjöberg. A modern house with 4 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, separate tv-room. open kitchen and living room. A nice garden with small pool and a trampoline. Has separate guesthouse if needed for 3 extra people. The house has forest just behind. Close to the bus stop, supermarket, sushi, pizza restaurant, playgrounds and water (both lake and the sea).

Gorgeous villa with pool, close to town.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Quiet and nice residential area with a lush garden with fruit trees and berry bushes close to public transport. Only 15 minutes by train into Stockholm city. Here you can find everything for families with children. Trampoline, climbing frame, bikes and toys. We also have a jacuzzi on one of the three patios!
