Exceptional location for this beautiful villa of about 130 m2 on a plot of 600 m2 100 m from Santocha beach, 800 m from the city center, with 3 parking spaces, terrace, private garden overlooking the dune! The house, consisting of 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is bathed in light and nicely decorated. It is located very quiet and without vis-à-vis near Hossegor that you can reach by bike!
