Delightful beachfront apartment, wooden floors, rooftop BBQ area, full kitchen, minutes to Acland St, supermarkets, Luna Park, Fitzroy St and St Kilda beach. One large bedroom with a super comfy queen bed, and a Koala cushy sofa bed (queen size) in the living room for approved additional guests. 100% cotton percale sheets. 3 types of pillows (8 in total). WIFI and 50” flat screen smart TV. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free visitor parking at this time due to council legislation.

Our renovated, art deco apt is located in the heart of vibrant St Kilda. Walking distance to busy Acland Street, Fitzroy Street and the beach makes this a great choice for families, friends or execs looking for the creature comforts of home. The tram stop (number 96) is a 5 minute walk and 15-20 minute trip to Melbourne CBD.
