The cabin is warm and cozy, sunny, wood burner & heat pump. location is nestled between Grandview and Lake Hāwea station. We have no light pollution making for incredible stargazing.

This adorable and very warm winter cabin, with stunning views and spa, is part of our 25-acre property, located behind The Lookout Lodge, at the manager's residence. This rustic, cute cabin has a queen bed, and a separate private bathroom with an outside hot shower house just next to the cabin. There is also a private spa where you can enjoy amazing star gazing as you soak! You’ll love this cabin because of its unique location, awesome shower, stunning scenery, and taste of kiwi farm life.

Only five minutes drive from central Wanaka, Mount Gold Chalet is a bespoke private and cosy retreat. The exquisite wooden open plan studio chalet nestles in native forest high above Lake Wanaka. Views of the lake and surrounding mountains are breathtaking. The perfect place to rest and relax amidst 1.8 hectares of native forest and gardens. We had some issues with Vodafone broadband where guests didn’t have a strong signal sometimes, so we have upgraded to fast Starlink wifi 😄

The Chalet is located high on Mount Iron and offers magnificent views of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. Set in trees it is private and peaceful, hand built by the owners. With comfortable furnishings and a luxurious King bed, you will find all that you need for your stay. The layout suits couples, but can accommodate up to 4 people if you wish. On the deck outside here is a 2 person sized hot bath (no jets) for your relaxation and enjoyment of the night skies.
