We are right next to Coleman Hawkins Park where many festivals and concerts are held. Check the St. Joseph downtown calendar for any events that might bring crowds and noise. **UPDATE**At this time there is NO water in the Lake, they’re digging it out to make it deeper. Featuring 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. House sleeps 8 people comfortably. Dogs are allowed but limited to 2 dogs per stay. There is a fenced front yard for dogs to roam around and play. There is a pet fee. You will be responsible for any pet clean ups in the yard. The house is perfect for a family friendly stay.

We are located 2 miles off I 35 in Decatur City. 10 minutes from Graceland College in Lamoni. 10 minutes from Little River Lake and have parking for boats and outdoor outlet available for charging boat batteries. We love cozy uncluttered spaces to rent and our goal for this Airbnb was to create that for our guests. We offer complimentary bottled water, coffee, tea ,snacks and toiletries.
