A favorite house+ location; we restored it for my husband’s parents; it’s where we hope to live out our last days as well. Comfortable furnishings+ beds, vintage charm+ grandfather clock so it’s not best for kids. There’s lots of light+ glass block+ beautiful front+ back furnished porches w/ vintage lion fountain too. Large master w/ King bed, smart TV+ french doors+ en-suite bath w/ huge shower+ a vintage clawfoot tub in guest bathroom. Plenty of free onstreet parking+ fastest wifi+ cable too.

Snow park pass included! Close to Yosemite & Gold Country towns. Local wineries!. Public lake access park 8 miles away, launch ramp for SUPS & kayaks. Private launch ramp 1 mile from the house, if I am in town, I’m allowed to let guests launch their boat. $45 a day Out by 9 PM. No O/N parking.
