The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The easiest way to go to the beach is, I recommend a 2 min. Bus stop that takes you to the beautiful beach for 10 minutes. Leave the car free at the parking lot below the balcon. Super market 3min walk an traditional Istrian cuisine restaurants 5 min walking distance!

It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, a 10-minute walk to the town of Ika Ika and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Lovran. Two supermarkets can be reached on foot. The nearest major city, Opatija, can be reached via Franz-Josef-Weg along the sea in 6 km or in 10 minutes by car/bus. Each apartment has a secure parking space in the yard.
