Free wifi, 4 bedrooms and an extra living room (with two sofa beds FOR FAMILYS ONLY) in the basement with TV, a large roof terrace and a lounge set - the house is perfect for two families. There is a community pool and a children's pool close to our house. The house is also close to the sea with only a 1,7 km to Playa Puntica beach in the center of San Pedro. The area offer water sports, bicycle rentals and wonderful golf courses.

No parties! No noise after 23:00! We would like to welcome you our holiday beach house! We are happy to rent this out to guests while we are not around.
