Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Sumartin is directly connected by ferry to Makarska and 40 min away from Supetar which is connected to Split by ferry. The apartment is located 100m from the beach and 100m from the center of town where are many restaurants, cafes and shops. The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.

The house is for 9 persons, on first floor there are three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, living room with eating table and a balcony. On the ground floor there is one bedroom, bathroom, living room with big sofa for 2 people and there is also kitchen. In front of the house there is a big barbecue place and a big table that you can use all the time. Also there is brand new JACUZZI on terrace :)
