Well-equipped kitchen with stove, fan, fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, blender, rice cooker, toaster and complete household utensils etc. Broadband with WiFi. Holiday house with lake plot, jetty and smaller boat with motor. Hiking trails, Fishing water, swimming, Relaxation, Scooter trails, Ski tracks with mera.Fishing licenses must be purchased at the Shop in Lekvattnet electricity online at Ifiske. You can just relax on site or go on Finnskogen's hiking trails, go cross-country skiing in the middle of summer in the ski tunnel in Torsby, about 40 min to 2 ski resorts ( Hovfjället and Ski Sunne), We use the cottage a lot ourselves so please contact me before booking!!! Summer cottage/cabin by Grundsjön

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Homely house in 2 levels with 5 rooms and kitchen, spacious areas where the whole family can fit. Bathtub in the smaller bathroom. Big wooden deck with awning and outdoor furniture. Barbecue available. 80 meters to Lekvatten lake and sandy beach you just walk across the road and you'll be there. Plan the lawn in front of the house if you want to play croquet or cube. Cozy annex with its own veranda just behind the house that can accommodate 6 guests. NOTE: IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE ELECTRIC CAR IN THE PREMISES POWER OUTLETS.

On with the cross-country skiing or hiking boots and head straight out on the prepared trails. If you want it more fast-paced you will find Lindvallen only 15-20 min away. There you will find everything you might need for a fast-paced holiday such as downhill skiing, downhill, paddle, cinema, adventure swimming, spa, gym, yoga, etc. After a day on the slopes, you can sit in the sauna and enjoy the peace.

Go sledding right on the plot, ice skating or fishing in the winter! Ski on illuminated ski tracks just a few kilometers from the house. And there are miles of snowmobile trails around the corner!

A modern house with a stunning view from the large porch with beautiful views over the lake. The newly built guest house is large, light and spacious with high ceilings and fireplace. Newly made beds and cleaning are included. Private beach with access to rowing boat, canoe and SUP. Bicycles are also available. Possibility of a wood-fired sauna with ice bath right by the lake for a low cost. Torsby skitunnel just 5 min away. Wintertime ski trails just around the corner if snow.

Välkommen till detta nybyggda hus med fin utsikt mot Branäsberget och upp till 10 sovplatser. Här får både din egna och bästa polarens familj plats att umgås efter dagens äventyr i backen, skogen eller på Klarälven. Två fräscha badrum där det ena har en liten bastu(2-3 personer), torkskåp, tvättmaskin med inbyggd tumlare, braskamin, Wi-Fi, tv med Netflix och fina utrymmen för att spela sällskapsspel.
