My place is located in the heart of Tallinn in a new and modern Rotermanni District. It is just a few minutes walk from Tallinn’s Medevial Old Town. It offers shops with Estonian disainer work. Big shopping centres are just 500m away. Great pubs and nightclubs are just a few minutes’ walk from apartement. Kalev Spa is just 500 meters away. There you’ll have water park with different slides and saunas. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Our apartment is located in a historic building built in 1889 which is protected by the National Heritage Board. The building and the apartment are fully renovated. It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.

Dining, arts and culture are within walking distance from my apartment, as well great views, beach, harbor and family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location, comfy beds, the kitchen and the cosines. Perfect location! New powerfull conditioner was just installed (February 2024). Heats in the cold season.
