In the surrounding of Annecy as the mountains start , this 180m² big chalet-style home will be the perfect place for family reunion or holidays with friends. The house has a capacity of 13 to 15 guests (providing that the last 2 use the convertible couch). It is located away from the main city, between meadows and forest. Perfect to make the most of what both lac and mountains have to offer.

You are welcome in my Savoyard house located between Lake Annecy (5 min) and the mountains, the ski resorts of Aravis (30 min). Guests can cool off in the pool and use the barbecue. Beautiful view of the mountains !
