Welcome all travelers who love our house and can fully comply with the house, we set up a security deposit to prevent a small number of people who deliberately do not follow the house rules (mainly indoor smoking), if you can respect the rules, you do not have to worry about any fees. We welcome all the visitors who respect the house rules. The reason we set up the guarantee deposit is for avoiding few visitors who don't respect the rules, ex. smoking in the apartment. Don't worry about incurring the fee if you don't break the apartment rules.

Our place is close to XinYi (Breeze/Taipei 101 shopping centres, City Hall metro, and Songshan Cultural Park. House is 4 minutes to the metro and in a vibrant neighborhood. Plenty or cafes and restaurants just seconds away but our place is quiet! Easy access for the elderly or those travelling with a lot of luggage. If you are in Taipei to visit family/friends and want them over to visit you, our place will not be suitable for you.
