Mole's Cottage, Minting Horncastle is situated on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty. It is a luxurious self catering cottage set within the grounds of a private house. The cottage itself is all on one level, has its own large tarmac parking area, fully enclosed private patio furnished with BBQ, Table, Chairs etc. Step outside and use the enclosed hot tub or maybe stroll 100 steps to the indoor heated pool. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A new custom-built cottage with Air Conditioning, Oak furniture, a new Oak bed and kitchen, and a great bathroom. We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. New hot tub Jan 2023, Sauna and steam room installed July 2023 We are pet friendly, but land is hedged not fenced.
