Located just south of the center of the island, this comfortable and spacious retreat boasts a huge wood burning hot tub (hot when you arrive), gym, and firepit in the secluded social area next to the river at the rear. With the TT course half a mile north, and shops and pub 1/4 mile south, its the perfect retreat from watching the racing or exploring the island. NB: There are no additional charges. Foghorn cottage is only minutes from the capital Douglas and all amenities, but feels so remote and wonderfully free. Please note, the cottage is only accessible by foot via the footpath across the beach or from the top of Douglas head. 200 steps one way. A spacious modern 4th Floor apartment with stunning sea views. A large living area and kitchen with two separate bedrooms. The master room has a king size bed, the twin has two single beds. The apartment is serviced by a lift and has parking at rear of apartments and if this is full usually plenty of parking at front of the property on the prom.

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.
