Private and safe studio close to the beach

Air conditioned, street level attached studio with a full kitchen and dedicated entrance. The studio is actually close to the beach, it takes about a minute to walk there. Located close to coffee shops, bars, and restaurants near the south end of the boardwalk. This place is attached to a house also on Airbnb with it's separate entrance and no shared areas.

It is quiet but yet two blocks from the main Benito Juárez Blvd. across from the Corona a Hotel..... a few blocks from the beach. Walking distance to night clubs and restaurants.
