Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

The wonderful nature of the Ötztal can be explored on numerous hiking and climbing routes. A holiday in South Tyrol is possible after a car ride of about 98 km via the well-known Timmelsjoch-Hochalpenstrasse in summer. In Umhausen you will find a bakery and restaurants as well as the Ötzi village, the bird of prey park and the Stuibenfall.

The property is located near Längenfeld and Sölden on the hamlet of Burgstein (~1500m above sea level). Here you can expect a beautiful view over Längenfeld. In summer, Burgstein is the ideal starting point for cyclists, hikes, climbing and cycling tours. In winter, the surrounding ski areas can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
