You may recognise the cabin from New Lives In The Wild With Ben Fogle, he spent a week staying here recently. We hope like him you'll love the tranquility it offers. We made the cabin from a used 20ft shipping container. It’s off grid with its own simple 12 volt lighting, no WiFi. There’s board games, a wood burning stove, huge bed, hot shower & compost loo. Situated 1/5 mile down a private forest track, surrounded by nature. Leave the hustle & bustle behind & come switch off. Sorry, no dogs

Room with a view

Having travelled extensively in a previous life and taken great pleasure in meeting people from all walks, I have specifically tried to make this wee cabin as comfortable as possible with the things that matter the most when you are travelling, a fabulous shower, an ultra comfortable bed and a lovely big TV, all the rest is a bonus and aimed at making your stay as stress free as possible. New for 2020 we have our converted shipping container lodge. Perfect for this years holiday as it is completely self contained in the middle of fields. This is a 4 person lodge, ( 2 adults and 2 children really due to the space and the sofa bed is a small double) benefiting from its own open plan kitchen/dining area, bathroom and double bedroom.
