** No Storm Damage property is available for immediate rental***Photos updated 11/10/24. Immaculate saltwater canal home. Gulf access with no bridges minutes from open water. This newer 2017 home has everything needed. Large enclosed 12 x 28 Lanai overlooking the water with A/C. Bedroom 1 has a King Size bed, Bedroom 2 has a Queen Size Bed and there is a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Boat lift is not included with rental but there is plenty of space to tie off up to a 25' boat.
