Wonderful year-round home. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outdoors space. Our accommodation is good for couples, solo traveler, business travelers and families (with kids). Car is needed as there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are located in Edane, to the town of Arvika 25 km. A shorter forest walk from the property to the lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Hiking trails, Fishing water, swimming, Relaxation, Scooter trails, Ski tracks with mera.Fishing licenses must be purchased at the Shop in Lekvattnet electricity online at Ifiske. You can just relax on site or go on Finnskogen's hiking trails, go cross-country skiing in the middle of summer in the ski tunnel in Torsby, about 40 min to 2 ski resorts ( Hovfjället and Ski Sunne), We use the cottage a lot ourselves so please contact me before booking!!! Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Own small cottage of 52m2 + 25m2 loft and large terrace with outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Very modern and nice accommodation for himself with the host in his own house on the plot. Private parking space with space for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the friend and 12km by car to the main square Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat, you can leave it at the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

This is a cosy stuga without electricity and no running water built in the traditional way. There is a woodstove to heat or prepare meals as well as a 2 ring gascooker. A sleeping loft with two single matreses who can be put together. There is a outside toilet on the premises as well as a Finnish wood heated sauna . You will have to bring your own wood for the cabin and the sauna and your own towels for the sauna.
