We are well situated for hiking, biking (on the doorstep) skiing and lakes (<40 minutes drive). Beach 50min. We are 100m from 2 bus stops. Trains and longer distance buses run from Sulmona, which is 8km away. Buses and trains go regularly to Rome and Pescara (beach resort).

Beautifully restored house from 1914. 2 bedrooms each with a king-size bed. 1 mezzanine bedroom, not suitable for young children. 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet upstairs. Outdoor shower. Storage room with large fridge and freezer. Separate toilet. Dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, soft sheets and high quality towels and pool towels. Breathtaking view of the valley of the Trigno. Private pool (open from april till november). High quality garden furniture and two parasols.

This tranquil house will fit your needs: just 3 kilometers away from the beach, you will spend your holiday free from disturbances while still being close to the city and the promenade. A lovely Italian family lives just next to the house and will help you with anything you might need during your stay, if you need it they will be glad to drive you to the beach (keep in mind that there are many ways to reach the beach like bike, bus so you can choose the most appropriate for you)
