Capri Beach House is located in a private beach community next to the Ritz Carlton Dorado Beach Reserve. The walk to our sandy beach is an easy 200 yards! In addition to the comfortable living quarters, the house has a wonderful pool & terrace, a pickle-ball court and a gourmet kitchen. Capri is a special very private enclave for slow living, cooking, swimming, stargazing, bird watching and nice walks. The house, and its setting, is perfect for family reunions and friends looking to get away.

A beach community known as Cerro Gordo. This home is in a neighborhood that is family oriented and filled with friendly neighbors. Less than 5 min walk to Cerro Gordo beach/restaurants and short drive to Dorado Beach. We are about a 35-minute drive from San Juan Airport.
