My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids) Size of the apartment 70m2, two rooms with two beds 120/200, air conditioned wifi unlimited. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The easiest way to go to the beach is, I recommend a 2 min. Bus stop that takes you to the beautiful beach for 10 minutes. Leave the car free at the parking lot below the balcon. Super market 3min walk an traditional Istrian cuisine restaurants 5 min walking distance!

The covered patio provides an oasis to relax with a good book, board games, morning coffee, or a glass of your favorite drink. Although we hope you will leave work beind, should you need to connect, WiFi is provided. Couples, solo adventures, business travelers and families love my place because of the location, the views, the ambiance, and the people. Renovated in April 2022!

Our house has 3 fully air-conditioned 4* apartments renovated in 2017, pool and a large garden area that everyone can use. It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, a 10-minute walk to the town of Ika Ika and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Lovran. Two supermarkets can be reached on foot. The nearest major city, Opatija, can be reached via Franz-Josef-Weg along the sea in 6 km or in 10 minutes by car/bus. Each apartment has a secure parking space in the yard.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

This is a large nice apartamet in the ground flour that is perfect for family with kids. When you will drink your coffee on the terace your kids can jump on the trampoline;) But is also great for all guests that are looking for a quiet place.
