Quiet neighborhood right near a WSU campus/stadium bus route. Spacious home with windows overlooking nice views. Very open, natural feel and decor, with many spaces to mingle together or find peace and quiet. The BBQ is always ready for you to use, as well as our weight room, equipped with a NordicTrack virtual trainer treadmill! We also offer Spectrum cable, YouTube TV, Netflix, Disney+, and a PS4 (with 4 TVs).

A well-maintained garden features rows of blooming flowers in shades of purple and pink, set against a mulch base. A decorative iron fence runs alongside the garden, adding structure to the outdoor space. A glimpse of the road and greenery is visible in the background.
