Beautifully remodeled 1st floor 2 Bedroom 2 Full Bath Condo located perfectly with water on both sides. Steps from the front door is the areas finest award winning swimming pool and Jacuzzi area nicely equipped with 3 gas grills and restroom facilities. Directly out the backdoor is the wonderful 100 slip Harbor Side Marina. The 30 foot dock with 30 amp power is a few steps from the unit and can be included for an extra fee.

Great 2nd floor unit with 1 bedroom, loft and full bath. Sleeps No more than 4 guest.
