Right outside the door, in Spremberger Straße, you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes - so perfect for strolling.

It's just a 7-minute walk to the canal, where you can swim, fish or canoe towards Spreewald. The children can let off steam on the 1250 sqm property.
