Large trampoline (without net), ping pong table, proximity to berry and mushroom forest. 5 km to golf course, possibility to borrow golf clubs, 2 people. Wifi, two TV corners. Make new memories in this one-of-a-kind , luxurious, and family-friendly space. Our home craves a family that wants to enjoy a wonderful place all seasons with open and social spaces. Here you live with the best south facing position with sun all day , pool (summer) and jacuzzi (winter) , large lawn on the sea plot with access to jetty, trampoline, boat for fishing, kayaks, etc. Secluded but only 20 minutes from Stockholm C where you can easily get by bus just a few minutes from the house. Close to Tyresta Nature Reserve!

Modern house on the sea plot with a private jetty secluded location

You will love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning till night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, wildlife. The house was built to make you feel you are in the middle of the countryside but indoors. Feel free to take forest hikes in the near area. You can get to the house with the motorboat with a 4 hp rowboat, which is included, as it is about a 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Ekbacka Lake house - Cabin with lake view

Newly built modern cabin in the woods with amazing lakeview. The house was built in 2020 and is located on a hill near Lake Mälaren just 1 hour from Stockholm. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them with double bed and 1 with a bunk bed. All bedrooms have black out curtains so that the bedroom gets completely dark. 1 bathroom with a toilet and 1 guest toilet. There is also a newly built sauna.A large living room / kitchen with an amazing view through the large windows. Parties are not allowed.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

Beautiful living in the countryside of Sweden.

Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.
