Apartment in old school

Apartment renovated in 2022 at the sheltered end of the former village school. Apartment with kitchen-living room, open bedroom and bathroom. A sleeping place for four. Double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room. The outdoor sauna is heated for an additional fee. The apartment is located in a quiet area, 8km from the center. The rest of the building is for the host's own use, with dogs and chickens strutting around on their side of the yard. In the yard there is room to stay and, for example, barbecue. It is also good for families with children.

30m2 apartment with Sauna

I have a few Air bnb apartments in same building. Building it self has been built 1906 its a strong building with 70cm thick brick walls. Hole building is totally re-built by my self. My own apartment win "Luxury houses of Finland" TV series a few years a go. This Air bnb flat is 32m2 with Sauna, its a quiet place towards of lake Saimaa and only 600m from town center of Lappeenranta. We try to show apartment ourselves and give the key when its possible but we can put key also to Mastelock.

Feel like at home in a well furnished apartment at the city center. Bus/railway station (760 m) and airport (ca. 1 km) are easy to reach. Main shopping center & marketplace 400 meters away. Beds in the bedroom can be separated. Living room has a double sleeper (size=140*200 cm) and a short sofa for one who is under 170cm tall. Just renovated 60 m2 fully furnished and equipped apartment for up 5 people. Sauna, balcony, car shelter, fast wifi and workstation. Everything you need for a longer stay. 150 m from grocery store and the bus stop were you can easily reach center, trainstation or university. Skiing, running track and lake Saimaa are all within 200 m house. Peaceful environment with lots of sport and outdoor activities.

Cozy 37 sq m studio-apartmetnt (400 sq ft) with sauna in a quiet place in the center of Savonlinna. Excellent location to explore the city on foot or bike. The studio is very comfortable for two, but can accommodate two more on the retractable sofa. Additional mattress is available, which makes sofa bed comfortable too.
