Apartment renovated in 2022 at the sheltered end of the former village school. Apartment with kitchen-living room, open bedroom and bathroom. A sleeping place for four. Double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the living room. The outdoor sauna is heated for an additional fee. The apartment is located in a quiet area, 8km from the center. The rest of the building is for the host's own use, with dogs and chickens strutting around on their side of the yard. In the yard there is room to stay and, for example, barbecue. It is also good for families with children.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. The cottage has 6 single beds and a double sofa bed. Downstairs 2 cozy bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the top loft 1 + living room. The distance to the shore of Lake Saimaa is ~500 meters. On same area there is camping area and three apartments. Rentoudu koko perheen kanssa tässä rauhallisessa majoituspaikassa. Beautiful home on the shores of Malonen-Saimaa. The place is very quiet and the lake has a good opportunity to see the Saimaa ringed seal. The ringed seal lives in the surrounding area. The lake has good fishing opportunities. In sunny weather, the sun shines all day. The village shop is about 4 km away and the distance to the center of Sulkava is about 24 km.
